Emerald & Rust Boutique is a Hispanic-woman-owned business. The owner loves simple yet glamours jewelry but found herself constantly visiting several sites to build her collection. One day while in search for a set of earrings, she had an idea to create a boutique where the jewelry pieces were dainty, simple yet brought value to each outfit. That’s when clothing was added to the boutique idea; why not make it a one shop stop boutique!
